Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions govern the use of the GigFlow platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Tracking System Limitations
The tracking system may occasionally fail to pass the code correctly. It relies heavily on honesty and cooperation between promoters and artists. All users must commit to resolving any potential issues that may arise in good faith, so that a fair outcome is guaranteed for both the promoter and the artist.
3. Scope of Service
The system does not track actual bookings, but it does track form submissions by potential venue owners. It is not intended as a comprehensive gig management service, and is only intended as a means to lubricate acquisition of bookings for artists.
4. Artist Responsibilities
The artist assumes all responsibility for communicating with the venue owner when it comes to providing all information, press and photo materials, and poster templates. GigFlow provides the tracking infrastructure only.
5. Commission & Payments
Commission is paid on confirmed bookings only. Payment is processed via the GigFlow platform. Promoters must have a valid payout method on file.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes relating to the tracking, attribution, or payment of commissions shall be resolved in good faith between the parties. GigFlow may mediate but is not liable for any disputed amounts.
7. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data.
